2. Purposes and Principles of Data Processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR), exclusively for the pre-determined purposes below.

2.1. Analytical purposes and Cookie Management
The activity of visitors to the website is analyzed using Google Analytics to improve site performance and user experience. The WordPress-based website uses Google Consent Mode v2, via a cookie consent banner, to obtain or decline consent for data collection.
Analytical cookies are only activated on the visitor's device if explicit consent is given upon their first visit to the site. The collected data is anonymized.

2.2. Customer contact form
If the user contacts us to ask a question or request a quote, the personal data essential for this (name, e-mail address, and phone number) are requested via the form.
This data is processed exclusively for successful contact, providing information, and preparing a quote. The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of the data subject.

2.3. Exemption from registration
No user account creation is required to use the website and view its content. Accordingly, data required for login (username, password) are neither requested nor stored in our system.

2.4. Newsletter subscription (Mailchimp)
Subscribing to the newsletter is completely voluntary, requiring only an e-mail address. Newsletters are sent by our sales representatives or by using a third-party service (the Mailchimp system), which acts as a data processor ensuring compliance with the European data protection regulations (GDPR).
Unsubscribing can be done at any time via an e-mail sent directly to info@lemez.design or by using the unsubscribe link located in the footer of the sent newsletters.

2.5. External advertisements
The lemez.design website does not display external advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense banners). Visitor data is not sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Scope of Data Processors

During data processing, the Data Controller uses the following external data processors to ensure the technical provision of services:

4. Rights of Data Subjects and Data Deletion

  • Right to rectification: they may request the correction of inaccurate or changed data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): they may request the permanent deletion of their data.
  • Right to object: they may withdraw their previously given consent at any time without consequences.

Exercising the above rights and initiating data deletion is possible via a written request sent to the info@lemez.design e-mail address. Data is processed until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of data processing is fulfilled.

5. Legal Remedies

If the user believes that their rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated during data processing, they may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Furthermore, the data subject is entitled to turn to the competent court according to their place of residence.

Az árajánlat elkészítése díjtalan, de fenntartjuk a lehetőségét a megvalósíthatatlan, vagy gazdaságtalanul gyártható termékek esetén, vagy félbemaradt kommunikáció esetén a feladat és így az árajánlatkérés visszautasítására.
