We were commissioned to provide an aesthetic solution for concealing an outdoor unit installed on a balcony. The client chose our PRISM pattern. After assessing the dimensions, mounting possibilities, and cable routing, our technical engineer defined the enclosure’s overall dimensions and designated the locations for the necessary cutouts.

Our designer adapted the base pattern’s frequency, spacing, and layout to fit the specified parameters. The resulting pattern elegantly reflects its surroundings and contributes to a harmonious living space by hiding the obtrusive industrial form.

Once the pattern was approved, our technologists began production preparation. Laser cutting of the galvanized sheet metal and deburring were followed by bending. Following quality control, the formed product was sent to our powder coating partner for the application of primer and topcoat. After a final quality check, the staff of Német-Magyar Lemezmegmunkáló installed the cover on-site.
