Indoor & Outdoor Sheet Metal Cladding | IQUESI Pattern

We are producing the covers for both the indoor and outdoor units of an air conditioning system for our client.

We have also received our first request where a client, discerning about their environment, asked for the indoor unit to be covered as well.

Their choice fell on our I QUES I base pattern. Based on the specified dimensions and the design of the mounting points, our technologist prepared the structural drawings for the sheet metal boxes, onto which our designer re-edited and updated the pattern to achieve the desired flow of the lines.

After laser cutting, deburring, and bending, we assembled the semi-finished product, then disassembled it for delivery to the powder coating plant.

Upon its return from surface treatment, our colleagues inspected the execution and reassembled the cover.

We found the depth of the pattern and the interaction of the layers to be very exciting, which were occasionally further enhanced with light spots and shadow layers by shafts of light filtering into the hall here and there.

We hope to receive more and more requests for creating similar interior covers in the future.
