We were commissioned to design and execute the metal components for a swing gate and pedestrian gate on a steeply sloping street front.
The client opted for a rectangular, window-cutout pattern.

Our technologist designed inward-facing bends on the edges of the cutouts—invisible from the front—thereby creating adequate stiffening and providing sufficient structural support for the thin sheet metal inserts.

The raw material for the gate and fence elements is pre-galvanized steel sheet. After drilling and welding, the structural elements of the gate underwent hot-dip galvanization at our external partner to ensure long-term durability, and finally, every element received its final appearance through a primer and topcoat powder coating.
