Our client requested a combined project featuring both laser-cut and stamped patterns: the fabrication of gate inserts. Based on the dimensions provided, our technologists prepared the technical drawings for the elements. Once these were approved, the manufacturing process began.
For durability, the base material is galvanized steel sheet. The inscriptions were laser-cut, while the circular patterns were formed by machine stamping. The finish involves a two-layer powder coating, topped with a colored, textured ‘structure’ layer that provides a sparkling effect.
