While enjoying a fantastic, Naples-style pizza with a large, puffy crust at La Piccola Napoli Pizzeria, the idea arose that Lemezdesign could design an exciting ‘Reserved’ sign for the restaurant.

Our designer almost immediately signaled that he wanted to move beyond the blocky form of the table tent cards used there.

A few days later, he surprised the Lemezdesign team with a drawing of an oil holder with a perforated surface, into which he had integrated a removable ‘Reserved’ sign.
The inspiration was provided by the heart of the restaurant: a pizza oven with mosaic inlay, handmade by an Italian master.
With this, the first characteristic element of our gourmet series—already forming in our minds—was born, and it has since become one of the iconic elements of the pizzeria’s appearance.
